As we embrace the new month, I am thrilled to share the exciting journey we’ve had at Scale Up in July. It’s been a month full of positivity, team spirit, and growth, and I couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team.

Gratitude Game
This July, we introduced the “Gratitude Game” to our team. In this game, every team member wrote one good thing about the other team member on their back. By the end of the game, every member had a paper full of good qualities about themselves which was a great morale booster!
This exercise fostered a sense of belonging and confidence, as each member walked away knowing just how much they are appreciated by their peers!
Felicitation of Our Diligent Team Members
This month, we celebrated our remarkable team members who show grit and dedication by travelling from afar every day!
Some of our team members travel from places like Badlapur and Saphale, a commute that spans over 80 kilometers, with multiple train and rickshaw rides, all to be at the office in Mulund, Mumbai by 8:30 AM.
Their daily grind exemplifies the spirit of Scale Up, where success is not about where you come from but about the relentless pursuit of growth and achievement.

Birthday Celebrations
July was a special month as we celebrated the birthdays of two of us from the team: Amit and myself.
It was a joyful occasion filled with laughter, cake, and camaraderie, reminding us of the importance of celebrating life’s moments together.
New Beginnings of the GIFT CITY Office
We are excited to announce the commencement of operations at our new office in Mulund, Mumbai specifically set up for handling operations of our GIFT CITY fund.
With the blessings of Ganpati Bappa, we embarked on this new chapter with the first trades of the month carried out by our talented women team members.
